The Hawaiian Trail & Mountain Club
[HTMC]
The Hawaiian Trail and Mountain Club [HTMC] is an Oahu based hiking club founded in 1910 to explore and enjoy Hawaii's unique natural heritage and environment. There are over 80 trails on Oahu; we hike a different one every weekend.
We welcome visitors as guests on our hikes. We publish quarterly schedules and a calendar listing hikes and dates.
New hikers and visiting hikers may wish to browse through our FAQs and Hikers Pages for general hiking information and information specific to the four islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Maui and Oahu.
Finally, we ask that you do not telephone us without considering that 9 AM in the morning on the East Coast of the U.S. is 3 AM in the middle of the night for us; we really prefer our sleep undisturbed.
